Discovery before commitment
Every engagement begins with understanding: who uses the system, what they do today, what must not break and what success means. For larger projects this becomes a short paid discovery with a written outcome you can take elsewhere if you wish.

We choose architecture for your scale, team and budget, and record decisions with their reasoning so future engineers understand why things are the way they are.

Work is delivered in short iterations with a demo and a deployable build. You see progress early and can change direction before it becomes expensive.
